Wim Hof in the snow below a glacier

WimHofBeyond thepossible

4–7 February 2027 · Cyprus

An exclusive three-day programme with the legendary Iceman

Wim Hof in an ice hole surrounded by snow

WIM HOF (THE ICEMAN) — more than an extreme athlete. Scientific research has confirmed that, with specific techniques, we can consciously influence the autonomic nervous system and the body's immune response. But above all, Wim unlocks the potential that lies within each of us, showing that his method is open to everyone.

3 days with Wim Hof

(evening of 4 February, two full days on 5–6 February, morning of 7 February)

A unique format

A rare chance to combine two of Wim Hof's retreat formats: ice bath immersions, as in the summer programmes, and winter practices — hiking along snowy mountain trails and immersing in cold natural waters, the sea or a mountain waterfall.

The Wim Hof Method is a scientifically studied approach to unlocking the capacities of the human organism.

It brings together breathing practices, exposure to cold and work with the mind, helping to build resilience to stress, release accumulated tension and stay composed even in the most extreme situations.

Throughout the programme Wim Hof personally leads the lectures, the breathing sessions and the cold immersion practices. He shares the core principles of his method and shows how conscious breathing and mental steadiness can unlock extraordinary human potential.

More than a journey. An invitation to find out what you are capable of.

No experience is needed: some participants will have practised the method for years, for others this will be the first time stepping into cold water. Each leaves with their own answer to where their limit lies.

Wim's achievements that changed what we believe humans can do

  • 21 world records, including remaining in direct contact with ice for almost 2 hours.

  • Climbing Kilimanjaro and ascending Everest to approximately 7,400 metres — wearing only shorts and footwear.

  • A full marathon beyond the Arctic Circle at around −20 °C, wearing only shorts, as well as a marathon in the Namib Desert without water.

What this programme will give you

Resilience to stress and inner control

Breath and cold are a controlled form of stress. Over three days you will learn to move consciously through physical and emotional discomfort and manage your reactions — helping you stay calm and clear-headed in the stressful situations of everyday life.

Energy and connection with your body

A deeper understanding of your body and how breathing and cold can influence your state, energy levels and wellbeing.

Moving beyond familiar limitations

An experience that helps you see your own capabilities in a new light and discover that your body can cope even where the mind is already saying “no”.

You will realise that the limits of what you can do are far wider than you are used to thinking — and this applies not only to the cold, but to other areas of life too.

Mental clarity and focus

Three days outside your usual rhythm: breathing practices, cold exposure and time surrounded by beautiful nature. The experience helps quieten inner noise, turn your attention inward and restore a state of calm and composure.

3 days alongside a living legend

We have deliberately limited the number of participants so that everyone has the chance to talk and interact with Wim in person.

You will be able to ask your questions, learn from his experience and feel the extraordinary energy of the man who has inspired millions around the world.

A strong community and new connections

We pay special attention to forming the group, bringing together interesting, accomplished and versatile people with whom it is genuinely rewarding to share this experience.

Shared practices, conversation and time together create a special atmosphere for new acquaintances, exchanging ideas and building connections that can grow into friendships and partnerships well beyond the programme.

Practices that stay with you

You will leave not only with vivid impressions but with practical tools from the Wim Hof Method that you can integrate into everyday life on your own. Breathing practices and cold exposure can become part of your daily habits, helping you feel more energised, improve your wellbeing, unlock your potential and raise your overall quality of life.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need any experience with breathing practices or the cold?

No. No special preparation is required. You will get to know the method gradually, guided by Wim Hof and experienced instructors.

Are the cold and breathing practices safe?

Yes. Every practice is led by professional instructors, and you are introduced to the cold gradually and strictly on a voluntary basis.

Breathing practices and cold-water immersion do have contraindications, so if you have any illnesses, medical restrictions or doubts about taking part, please consult a doctor before booking. Before the programme you will also be asked to fill in a health questionnaire.

Do I have to take part in the cold practices?

No. Taking part in the cold practices is entirely voluntary. Each participant decides for themselves, based on how they feel, their readiness and the instructors' advice. You can always skip an immersion or stop a practice.

Are there age limits or health requirements?

The programme is open to adults only (18+).

Please take your physical and mental health into account. Before the programme every participant must complete a health declaration and tell us about any conditions or contraindications.

If you have medical restrictions, we recommend consulting a doctor in advance.

What language is the programme in?

The programme is held in English. Simultaneous interpretation into Russian is included in the price, and participants who need it will be given headphones, so everyone can follow comfortably without interrupting Wim Hof.

What should I bring?

We recommend several swimsuits, flip-flops, comfortable clothes for the lectures and breathing sessions, and a bag for your belongings.

For hiking you will need comfortable shoes suitable for snowy ground, and warm clothes — for the trip to the mountains, after the activities, and in case you prefer not to practise in shorts or a swimsuit. A backpack or a comfortable bag may also come in handy.

What is the weather like in Cyprus in February?

In early February the coast, where most of the programme takes place, is usually around +16–20 °C by day and +8–12 °C at night.

The mountains are much cooler: roughly +3–6 °C by day, and at night it can drop below zero. Snow is possible.

We will share a more precise forecast and clothing tips in the participants' group closer to the start.

How do I join the programme?

Leave an application on the website. We will get in touch and send you everything you need about registration and payment.

Is there a set schedule?

Yes. We will share a preliminary schedule with participants closer to the start of the programme.

Wim Hof adapts to the state and dynamics of the group and to outside circumstances, so the programme allows for some flexibility and changes.

In any case, you can expect cold practices, breathing sessions, lectures and direct time with Wim Hof.

Who will accompany participants during the programme?

Throughout the programme we will be joined by two experienced Wim Hof Method instructors — one Russian-speaking and one English-speaking. They will accompany participants during the practices, help with preparation and answer any questions.

How many participants will there be?

We deliberately limit the group to about 50 people to keep the atmosphere intimate, make everyone comfortable and leave room for personal interaction with Wim Hof.

Do I need a visa to travel to Cyprus?

Russian citizens need a visa. If needed, we will provide an invitation for the application.

With a valid multiple-entry Schengen visa, a separate Cypriot visa is usually not required, provided the entry conditions are met.

Citizens of other countries should check the current visa requirements in advance or ask the organisers for more information.

Can I pay in instalments?

Instalment payment is considered on an individual basis. Please discuss it with the organisers before booking.

What are the cancellation and refund terms?

Refunds are not provided.

If you cannot take part in the programme, you may transfer your place to another person by prior agreement with the organisers.

Do I have to stay at the hotel where the programme takes place?

We strongly recommend staying at the programme hotel to immerse yourself fully in the atmosphere.

However, you may come for the practices only if you prefer. The programme price stays the same.
